I had to call twice before I got a really clear answer, which was a little frustrating. The guy I spoke with was nice enough, but the call felt kind of rushed. In the end, it did get sorted, so it was fine overall...

I was hoping this would hold up better, but after just a few weeks it started shifting really rough. Feels like whoever put it together didn’t pay enough attention to the build quality

The kit arrived without some of the bolts and gaskets, which made me wonder if it had been repacked or returned before. I contacted support, but they took longer than I expected to sort it out. It eventually got handled, but the whole thing felt a little off...

My transmission showed up in rough shape packaging-wise. The box was all beat up, the straps were loose, and there really wasn’t enough padding around it for something that heavy. Luckily it wasn’t completely destroyed, but for how expensive it is, I really expected a lot better. It felt like it was just thrown together and shipped out.

After getting it installed, I noticed the transmission is shifting harder than I expected, especially going from 1st to 2nd. There’s also a slight delay when it goes into drive, which isn’t a huge deal, but it’s definitely noticeable.

Dealing with the warranty process has been slow too, and I’m just worn out from messing with it...
